About Our Founder

Ms. Cecilia Chen provides legal services throughout California and nationwide, concentrating in the areas of corporate transactional matters, particularly in the healthcare industry serving dentists, veterinarians, and optometrists.

Cecilia received her law degree from American University in Washington DC and completed her undergraduate studies at Boston University majoring in business administration with a concentration in finance. Ms. Chen is licensed to practice law in both California and Virginia, and has extensive experience in representing professional practice owners.

Cecilia’s areas of expertise include the purchase and sale of dental practices, contracts and commercial lease review and negotiation, mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, and DSOs. She is dedicated to making her clients’ objectives her own and drawing on her extensive experience to deliver strategic business perspectives as well as efficient legal approaches.
